At least 6 months experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant

At least 6 months experience as a CSR

REMOTE PATIENT MONITORING experience is a must

2+ years bilingual (English & Spanish fluency required)

Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and medical terminologies

Knowledge of US healthcare private insurance (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare) Tech Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet, updated computer/laptop, webcam, and headset

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling platforms
