VoIP Engineer at BairesDev

As a VoIP Engineer, you will design and operate robust voice-over-IP systems to ensure seamless global communication. You will take ownership of SIP infrastructure and call routing, ensuring high voice quality and system availability across diverse enterprise environments.



What You'll Do

- Design, implement, and manage production-grade SIP infrastructure and PBX systems.
- Optimize voice quality and network performance using RTP protocols.
- Develop and maintain WebRTC solutions to enable real-time communication across platforms.
- Configure and manage complex call routing logic to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot telephony-related issues to maintain peak performance.




- Collaborate with network teams to ensure security and scalability of voice services.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Telecom Engineering, VoIP, or Network Engineering.
- Proven expertise in building and operating voice-over-IP systems and SIP infrastructure.
- Proficiency in managing call routing, voice quality optimization, and PBX systems.
- Hands-on experience with core protocols including WebRTC and RTP.
- Deep understanding of networking fundamentals and voice-related troubleshooting.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
