This position is responsible for managing all logistics and warehouse operations including; planning, controlling, organizing all incoming and outgoing freight shipments.

The Warehouse

Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all domestic and international freight is delivered on-time, selecting preferred carriers, negotiating freight costs, the design and oversight of the inventory management programs, optimizing freight, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilities:

- Manage full logistics and warehousing operations including receiving, storing, pulling, staging, and shipping to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of all inbound / outbound, domestic / international freight, truckload, LTL / partial shipments, common carrier, air, and small package.

- Develops and deploys production line replenishment strategies following procedures for efficient material handling within the operation.

- Responsible for inventory accuracy, ERP data integrity, execution of physical inventory, and cycle count programs.

- Deploys strategies to prevent the loss or damage of finished goods and raw materials.

- Ensures inventory is accurately received, labeled, stored, pulled, staged,



and shipped for proper tracking and location identification for inventory control.

- Negotiate contracts with freight companies to establish the most cost effective and competitive rates with companies that can deliver in normal and expedited services.

- Plans and directs warehouse activities and establishes priorities, utilizes lean thinking concepts, and ensures safety aspects in all warehouse operations.

- Directly manages warehouse personnel, setting goals for employees and motivates warehouse personnel to achieve their goals.

- Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bilingual Spanish/English

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related

- +4 years of experience in EMS industry material Sourcing

- Knowledge of ERP system, SAP is preferred
