**About the Role**We're looking for a **Business System Consultant** to join our **Managed Services** team, supporting multiple NetSuite clients on an ongoing basis.This is not an implementation role from scratch.Instead, you will provide ongoing support, continuous improvements, and functional enhancements to existing NetSuite customers.You'll manage 5-6 clients simultaneously, ensuring open requests are handled effectively and professionally.We are looking for someone **organized, proactive, and a great communicator** who is comfortable working in a dynamic,



multicultural environment.
**Responsibilities**- Understand and document client requirements based on the scope of service.
- Prioritize open requests based on customer needs and SLAs.
- Propose functional or technical solutions within NetSuite.
- Perform configurations, testing, and guide customers through validation.
- Collaborate with consultants and developers as needed.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with clients.
- Support smooth transitions when handing off requests or accounts.
**Qualifications**- **1+ years of experience consulting on NetSuite Cloud ERP** (ideally with exposure to both financials and manufacturing modules).
- Experience with other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Sage, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong Localization, Product in Netsuite or Accounting/ Finance background or Supply Chain/ Warehouse- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with multicultural teams.
- **Fluent in English and Spanish**.
- NetSuite certification is a plus, but not required.
- Techno-functional experience is a plus.
- Availability to travel up to 15% if required.
