CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (GERENTE DE CONSTRUCCIÓN BILINGÜE) Experience and skills: Bachelors degree: architecture / civil engineering (graduate) Administration, organization, control and monitoring construction projects. 10 years of experience in important construction devellopments. Management of contracts, budgets, quality, risks, time and resources. Full command of English language (spoken, written and read). Coordination and supervision of civil works, installations and finishes. Possess technical knowledge (construction systems, timing, construction logistics). Knowledge of project management methodology, according international best practices (PMI). Experience in school construction in the State of Mexico is desirable. Experience managing construction permits and licenses with the municipality. Bidding and control of contractors, designers and consultants. Effective communication in meetings, to transmit in a clear and practical way the strategies and activities necessary to get the goals. Detailed interpretation of drawings from different engineering designers.



Achieving compliance with the goals and deadlines stipulated in different contracts involved in the project. Reviewing of budgets, estimations and work generators. Knowledge of construction regulations. Handling of construction logbook. Good computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Autocad, Project, Internet. Preparation of: reports, progress graphs, meetings minutes and work shedulles. 3. Characteristics Dynamic and positive attitude, focus on geting goals, high sense of responsibility, loyalty and honesty. Great ability to solve problems and find solutions.
