**What will you do?
**- The Plan for Every Part (PFEP) is the centralized data source - that contains precise and accurate information on all components supplied to our manufacturing site.
- Responsible to create a comprehensive plan that outlines every step of the process from raw material procurement to final product delivery.This includes identifying the necessary resources, establishing internal lead times, and determining the appropriate inventory levels for each part.
**How will you do it?
****1.**Create PFEP document with material master data needed on purchased components and subassemblies**2.** Responsible for material master data ensuring the integrity of the information in system.
**3.** Verify all material receipt forms (Using tools as metric type and weighbridge, verify all dimensions and weight for every part)**4.**Identify and maintain all BINs locations from system to physical inventory**5.** Identify, verify and maintain replenishment methods**What are we looking for?
**- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
(Industrial, Mechanical, etc)- SAP knowledge.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
(proficient in Excel)- Inventory control knowledge.
