- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of engineering software and tools.
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand their IT needs and facilitate effective solutions.
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices within the engineering IT landscape.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives that enhance engineering capabilities.
**What are we looking for?
**- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, preferably within an engineering environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in relevant IT frameworks (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
- Fluent English.
