**What you will do**The Business Intelligence Analyst will lead the development and support of analytic tools and reports for risk mitigation within the Sustainable Infrastructure (SI) Services Operating Platform.
**How you will do it**- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Microsoft BI tools, dashboards and reports.
- Collect and analyze datasets from various sources.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support decision making.
- Optimize data collection procedures and improve data quality.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement data governance policies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft BI tools and reports.
**What we look for**- 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems or related degree.
- Fluent English- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps).
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, etc.).
- Experience in process automation and workflow optimization is a plus.
