- BS/BA preferred (Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Administration or related degree).
- Ability to recruit for all disciplines of a corporation to include Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Sales.
- Ability to manage demands while being extremely adaptable and adaptable.
- Excellent time management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
- Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus, specifically ATS ideal.
