What you'll do:Lead Maintenance and Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) deployment, training and mentoring at the plant level.The main job duties center on the creation and implementation of predictive & preventative maintenance programs, site management systems, Lean tools, Six Sigma strategies, and robust problem‐solving techniques.This leads to improvements in factory margins, machine uptime, manufacturing lead time, delivery performance, employee safety and reductions in product/process variation.The position also serves to lead the execution and deployment of robust manufacturing processes and continuous improvement/manufacturing efficiency initiatives across the organization, and provides leadership in executing the organization's annual improvement and strategic plans.Proactively implements, promotes, and maintains a Zero Incident Safety Culture through diligence in accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance, and rule enforcement.Works through the leadership team to lead the development and implementation of the site Eaton Continuous Improvement System strategy, actions, and cross‐functional activities.Actively participates in setting, communicating, and achieving functional goals and objectives and develops and maintains performance metrics as required to monitor and improve performance.Leads site actions for predictive and preventative maintenance, spare parts planning, machine capital projects, and equipment uptime.Utilizes Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste driving customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and improved working capital performance.Assists in improvement activities including training, mentoring, facilitating RIEs, Kaizen events, Six Sigma projects, tool deployment, benchmarking, etc.Analyzes organizational metrics and performs managerial reviews to evaluate results and recommend action plans to close gaps at an operational level.Coordinates and assists with corporate initiatives,



participating on teams to drive best practices across the site.Manages plant cost‐out activities.Drives complete employee engagement and enhancement of problem‐solving knowledge at all levels.Member of the plant leadership team in the advancement of the organization in the Operational Excellence.Builds organizational capability by hiring and developing MNT and CI competency, participates in annual development plans and provides input on organization capability/succession planning sessions.Identifies "Best in Class" manufacturing best practices and assists in their implementation throughout the Group.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.5 years of related experience with 2 years of leadership experience in maintenance and Lean/CI.Proven proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office suite, and Sharepoint.Formal training/certification in Lean (5S, Standard work, Value Stream Mapping, Setup Reduction, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean Material Flow) and Six Sigma, with at least 3 years of related experience.Master's degree in Business or Engineering (optional).
