- Manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity (setting product working hours, determining and evaluating product production and capacity)- Introduction of NPI new equipment, processes, and new products for mass production, including design improvement DFX suggestions during the preliminary review of new products- Provide technical support for product production to ensure smooth production.Deliver Improvement and innovation of Process to enhance the automation level of production lines- Design of Work Instruction Files (WI) and Process Flow Chart Files- Continuous improvement using Lean method to improve production line lying down rate, improve production line efficiency, and enhance product quality- Analyze the causes of quality issues that occur in the product,



propose and take preventive improvement measures- Design and improve fixtures to facilitate operator operation, improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Provide product quotation services for customers- VTS, I4 and corporative tools.Experiência y requisitos- Bilingual English/Spanish Language,- Industrial engineering or mechanical or electronic engineering and related majors.
- At least 3 years of PIE work experience in large-scale EMS electronic or medical equipment, proficient in using IE methods.
