Team Overview

We are looking for a responsible Sr Quality assurance specialist in the Chargeback or Fraud.

- The position is complex. This person have to identify opportunity areas, solving problems, propose improvements and communicate with the operation area regarding collection process.
- The ideal candidate will be a competent person who knows how to inspect quality and give feedback to the process.
- He or She will have a thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results.
- The objective will be to ensure that quality monitoring are carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct Collection process.

Role Responsibilities

- Monitoring to the internal, BPO,



Collection operations process, offer feedback and advice
- Maintain record of hours worked and personnel records
- Propose improvements to the process
- Ensure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and report any deviation
- Good communication skills
- Make metrics and presentations
- Align process with China

Role Qualifications

- 2+ years experience in Collections process by phone
- Bachelor degree in business administration or similar.
- Critical thinking
- Work as key contact with other areas
- Comunication skills
- Teamwork
- Attention to detail
- Experience in financial products
- Act as important Disseminator of DiDi Culture
- Understanding english level, reading and writing.
