We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Cold Caller, currently based in Latin America, to join our client's team on a full-time basis.In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting appointments for our sales professionals.Your primary goal will be to generate leads and contribute to our sales pipeline.
**Qualifications**:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales environment- A minimum of 3 years of experience with cold calling, handling objections, CRM tools- A minimum of 1 year of experience with Smarter Contact, Readymode, Podio, and Slack- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Real Estate companies using fluent English with neutral accent and a professional toneJob Responsibilities- Generate a minimum of 8-12 leads per day via live transfers to an acquisition specialist.
- Enter all activities and data into HubSpot CRM.
- Update notes and move deals through various stages within the CRM.
- Set up phone appointments for potential clients to speak with our sales professionals.
- Achieve ******* outbound calls per day.
**Requirements**:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
