Team Lead Bookkeeper – International Accounting Solutions Provider

Salary: $38,367 Gross Monthly.

Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a team of bookkeeping associates to ensure operational excellence.
- Review financial statements, reconciliations, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all bookkeeping tasks and maintain high-quality standards.
- Handle direct client communication and resolve complex accounting issues.
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives within the department.
- Train and mentor junior staff to support professional development.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in US bookkeeping or accounting outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, and US GAAP.
- Proven experience in team leadership or reviewing the work of others.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
