**- Responsible for Handyman's daily agenda: tasks assigned daily, such as setting up events.
- Respond to tickets from event requests, event control forms, and spreadsheets.
- Help with events sponsored by the local team, share ideas and pre-coordinate actions.
- Assigned event site support for any demand during the event.
- Daily and constant monitoring of ongoing events according to demand.
- Backup-Resolve problems that arise on the day of the event related to the organization of the event.
- Provide support to the event coordinator if necessary.
- Be alert to emergency procedures.
- Take a tour of event rooms and create tickets as needed.
- Assist with reception coverage (receptionist lunch or PTO)**Desired experience and technical skills**- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirable- Fluent English- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
