Sap Ariba Specialist (CDMX)

About the job

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to support the core application of SAP Ariba. As part of the IM Services Functional Application Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring user satisfaction, incident management, and engaging with key users to meet business needs in SAP Ariba and related technologies.

Responsibilities

- Provide operational support for SAP Ariba and related applications, ensuring the integrity of the production environment.
- Support incident management by ensuring systems are up and running, resolving application‑related tickets.
- Administer SAP Ariba configurations and monitor interfaces between Ariba and SAP ECC.
- Lead application enhancements, support change management processes, and collaborate on project execution with business stakeholders.
- Engage with key users for training and feedback, ensuring seamless system operation.

Functional Area

- Strategic Sourcing modules: SLP, Sourcing, Contracts
- P2P: Guided Buying, Ariba Buying, Commerce Automation
- SAP Ariba Network: all documents including electronic invoices
- SAP Ariba CIG / Cloud Integration Gateway (basics)

Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.




- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience supporting SAP Ariba, including Strategic Sourcing, P2P, and Ariba Network modules.
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
- Strong knowledge in SAP Ariba, SAP MM, PM, FI, and CO modules with integration knowledge across business applications.
- ITIL, COBIT, or CMM certifications are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
- Experience with automation initiatives and seller integration systems.
