Job Overview

Supports the operation of CNC and numerical control machines to fabricate and repair the mechanical parts according to required specifications in the organization.

Job Requirements

- Reviewing raw materials for dimensions, quantity, defects, troubleshooting parts when issues occur, and maintaining close tolerances and correlated dimensions.
- Collecting and documenting the machining time, adjusting machines to control speed to produce defect-free products ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Interpreting the sequencing of operations from the blueprints, determining the machining operations required, and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations.
- Programming the machines by entering instructions, setting tool registers, including zero and reference points,



and calculating the requirements.

What your background should look like

Prepa terminada/ carrera técnica maquina y Herramientas o maquinado cnc (deseable).

Experiencia de 6 meses a 1 año como maquinista.

Programación de códigos G a pie de maquina (tornos cnc preferentemente) Basico. (indispensable)

Interpretación de planos. (INDISPENSABLE)

Tolerancias geométricas.

Uso de instrumento de medición (vernier, go o no go, comparador óptico, etc.). (INDISPENSABLE)

Uso de maquinaria CNC
