- Maintains Global Machine specifications, tooling design standards, ensuring HT design excellence standards- Works with all Tooling sites and Integral Manufacturing sites to ensure successful tool builds and tooling qualification,



ramp up at site- Responsible to enhance existing designs and developing new ones, preparing documentation for tooling and mechanical parts across all Mechanicals sites.
- Manages sites compliance when using PSL strategy for tooling- Hard Tool Lead-time reduction- Centralized design and qualification of Fixtures, Gauges, Poka-Yoke- Tooling Schedules on-time, on-budgetThe experience we're looking to add to our team:- BA/BS/MBA in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in tooling design and development within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and tooling manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional global environment.
