- Responsible for the delivery of new process equipment and automation and innovative solutions, qualification and ramp up.
- Leads the automation engineering technical teams in their delivery of new and improved systems, methods, driving governance, development, and structured execution of our factory automation and control systems aligned to strategic initiatives, efficiency and cost optimized improvement,



solutions- Drives General Automation Scorecard Assessments at all Mech sites- Ensures continuous monitoring and execution to Automation savings- Monthly Global Automation Projects reporting updates- Automated deployment across all Mech sites- Manages Automation Insights data and reporting accuracy with Corporate AME team- CAPEX Investment roadmap for innovation & AutomationThe experience we're looking to add to our team:- BS degree in Engineering electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, Automation or similar- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Experience in project management, specifically in automation or related engineering fields.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies, systems, and software (e.g., PLC, SCADA, robotics).
- Proven experience in managing complex projects in a global environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
