- **Initiative Development**: Creating new initiatives aimed at efficiently balancing our marketplace.
- **Data Analysis**: Conducting continuous data analysis to understand day-to-day driver behavior and competitive trends.
- **KPI Optimization**: Optimizing efficiency KPIs through operational tools and programs informed by comprehensive data analysis.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Working closely with teams like marketing, product,



and user research to place user experience at the center of all initiatives.Role Qualifications:- At least 2+ years of data analytics, business consulting, investment banking or operations management experience.
- Data science, engineering, economics or other analytically-focused academic background.All backgrounds are welcome if you see yourself suitable in a highly analytic environment.
- Experience with data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.Previous professional experience in analytical or operational roles is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using programming languages or tools for data extraction and analysis such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc. is a must- Great attitude and hands-on approach.
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency in English & Spanish.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
