**What You'll Do**:- Engage with American clients through outbound calls to support and provide solutions.
- Generate leads by promoting our services through effective soft sales techniques.
- Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues while fostering long-term relationships.
- Participate in campaigns focused on generating leads through both soft sales and cold calling.
- Utilize technological platforms to deliver the best support and service.




**What We're Looking For**:- Passion for customer service and a strong sales-oriented mindset.
- Experience in soft sales is preferred, with some familiarity in cold calling.
- Preferably experience in a call center environment.
- 90% proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Shift availability.
**What We Offer**:- 2 Shifts available: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm / 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Mon-Fri- Salary: $13,000 - $15,000 pesos per month- Up to $6,000-$10,000 pesos per week on bonuses (proven track by our current agents)- Bonuses and incentives for excellent performance.
