HOME BASED - MexicoICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization.We're proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical developmentThe role:Site Contracts Negotiator II will be responsible for the successful negotiation and on-going maintenance of clinical trial agreements and related clinical trial budgets, complex amendments, and other ancillary agreements with study sites.Some responsibilities:- Budget Management: Hands-on experience creating, monitoring, and managing complex budgets for projects, perform cost-benefit analysis, and understand the financial impact of various decisions, experience in preparing clear, accurate financial reports (included but no limited to: Escalations, tracking, Auditing, Quality reviews) and understanding in compliance with internal and Sponsor ́s SOPs- Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and finalizes clinical trial agreements and related clinical trial budgets, complex amendments, and other ancillary agreements with study sites using critical thinking, available tools/systems/documents, historical data, and adheres to departmental and/or client quality check requirements in a manner that protects ICON's fundamental interests and is consistent with ICON's rules, procedures, and policies.
- Maintains consistent communication with study sites and internal stakeholders in alignment with site contracts department and client requirements.
- Tracks progress of site contracts agreements and related documents regularly in required ICON and client systems.




- Proactively identifies and raises risks, while also, suggesting mitigation plans to established study milestones and planned site contracts timelines.
- Files contractual documents as per department, ICON, and client requirements.
- Attends and participates in study team project calls, as applicable.What you need:- Bachelor's Degree- 1+ years CRO experience in budget management.
