Looking candidates from FOOD COLOR/INGREDIENT INDUSTRY ONLY
Reporting to Costumer Service Manager Mexico

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned local small and medium-sized customer accounts, addressing day-to-day operational needs.




Build and maintain positive relationships with customer contacts by providing timely and professional support.
Process customer sample requests in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
Support the Accounts Receivable team by following up on customer documentation and collection-related requests when required.
Escalate complex customer issues or key account requirements to the Customer Service Supervisor or Senior Customer Service Representative.
Support the Customer Service team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
