We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate ensures exceptional guest experiences, efficient staff management, and adherence to company standards. The Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while driving operational excellence and profitability.

Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Assist in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistency in food and service.
- Staff Management: Assist in hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff. Schedule and supervise staff to ensure optimal performance. Provide ongoing coaching and support to maintain a positive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and address disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Customer Service: Uphold excellent customer service standards, addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently. Promote a customer-centric culture, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Financial Management: Support in managing budgets, labor costs, and expenses. Assist with financial reporting,



including sales analysis and profit/loss statements. Contribute to strategies aimed at achieving sales targets and increasing profitability.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate on implementing promotional activities and special events. Engage with guests to encourage repeat business and promote brand loyalty.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

- College Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Versátil schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
