- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded- Perform reconciliations- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines- Explain variances for different comparisons- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports- Assist accounting manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings- Assist with other accounting projects- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.




- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist in internal and external audits- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Prepare regulatory reportsEducation and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 2 years of experience may be preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Ethical behavior.
- Attention to detail.
