**Role: QA Automation****Location Requirement**: Guadalajara, Hybrid.
**What Does success mean in this role?
**5-7 years of professional experience in software QA, including both manual and automation testingProficiency with test automation tools**:Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestCafe**Experience testing **REST APIs** using **Postman, Swagger**, or similar frameworksStrong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test case design, and defect lifecycleExperience with **CI/CD** tools and workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like **Jira, TestRail, Zephyr**Working knowledge of **JavaScript, Python, Java**, or similar scripting/programming languages used in test automationExcellent **analytical, problem-solving**,
