In This Role, You Will
- Lead security operations across multiple locations in Northern Mexico, including warehouses, offices, and distribution activities.
- Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect people, assets, products, and facilities.
- Coordinate investigations related to theft, losses, security incidents, and operational disruptions.
- Support business continuity, crisis management, emergency preparedness, and incident response activities.
- Be responsible for security controls related to transportation, logistics, and distribution operations.
- Partner closely with logistics and commercial teams to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Manage security providers and third-party vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and manage security-related budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and expenditures.
- Develop dashboards, indicators, and executive reports to support informed decision-making.
- Build effective relationships with authorities, external partners, and internal customers.
- Promote a strong security culture through awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop security capabilities across the region while ensuring effective execution of security programs.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Law,
Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Security, Physical Security, Patrimonial Security, Risk Management, or related fields.
- Experience managing security operations across multiple sites and operational locations.
- Knowledge of transportation security, logistics, supply chain security, or distribution environments is highly desirable.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, purchase orders, and security-related budgets.
- Strong understanding of incident management, investigations, and risk mitigation.
- Proven ability to influence partners across different functions and levels of the organization.
- Experience working with authorities, law enforcement agencies, and external security partners.
- Advanced English proficiency.
