**JOB SUMMARY**- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Support Area of operation in machine breakdowns through root cause analysis- Participate in the improvement action plan along with engineering and maintenance leadership.
- Carry out improvement actions on machines.
- Creating kaizen on machinery- Support in automation projects along with engineering and maintenance leadership- 5 ́s in machinery and its work area- Responsible for the training of technicians B and C as buddy partners (new hires)- Monitor machine downtime to intensify when 5% of target is exceeded.




**YOU ARE**- Experienced in maintenance and repair operations.
- Strong knowledge of repair and overhaul processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and tools.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair**REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS**1.
Advanced knowledge in electrical control2.
