Microsoft 365 Administrator (L1 / L2) | 100% Remote | Mexico
At HITSS, a leading IT solutions company with an international presence, we’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our integral team.
Requirements:
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Share
Point Online, One
Drive, and Entra ID/Azure AD).
- L1 / L2 support and incident resolution.
- User, group, license, and policy management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security (MFA and Conditional Access).
- Box Migration experience.
- Zoom Administration (nice to have).
- Fluent conversational English.
