**Responsibilities**:- Prepare detailed, customer-ready repair quotes including labor, parts, and lead times in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with technical experts to clarify scope of repairs and confirmtechnical details.
- Communicate with procurement to verify pricing, shipping, and availability of parts.
- Track open quotes and follow up with customers to drive approvals.
- Maintain records of quotes, parts pricing, and repair recommendations in the company system.
- Ensure all quotes comply with company policies, service standards, and industry regulations.
