**We are expanding and looking for a **Recruiter** to join our growing team!
***Key Responsibilities**:- Posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms;- Reviewing and filtering CVs accurately;- Conducting initial interviews via phone or messaging apps;- Conducting interviews via Zoom or Google Meet;- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team leads;- Preparing reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** recruiting for roles in **sales, marketing,



or customer service;**:- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and techniques;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;- Team player with adaptability and a proactive attitude;- Willingness to grow professionally in the **Human Resources** field;- Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes simultaneously;- ** Fluent in Spanish and English.
