We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Campus Director to lead the overall management of our school campus. Reporting directly to the Board / Founders, this 360° leadership role balances daily campus operations, administrative and financial stewardship, family engagement, and enrollment growth, alongside ensuring high academic standards.

The adecuado candidate has a strong background in school management, combines business acumen with educational vision, and is ready to take full ownership of the campus's operational and financial health.

Key Responsibilities

1.General Operations & Administration

- Oversee day-to-day school operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized environment for students, staff, and families.
- Manage administrative processes, campus infrastructure, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate administrative and teaching staff, fostering a positive working culture.

2. Financial & Business Management

- Manage the campus operational budget, monitor cash flow, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Oversee tuition collection, operational expense controls, and resource allocation.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs)



regarding operational efficiency and profitability to school leadership.
- Drive admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets and boost student retention.
- Lead campus tours, open houses, and admissions interviews; effectively communicating the school’s value proposition to prospective families.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with current parents and the broader Querétaro community to enhance school reputation.

4. Educational & Community Leadership

- Ensure the daily alignment of instructional practices with Colegio Newland’s innovative educational philosophy.
- Address parent concerns and resolve daily school-level operational or community issues with diplomacy and speed.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in school management roles (e.g., Campus Director, Principal, School Administrator, or Operations Director in private K-12 schools).
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing budgets, administrative teams, and student enrollment/admissions processes.
- Hands-on Leadership: A balanced profile capable of moving seamlessly from financial spreadsheets and admissions pitch meetings to daily campus supervision.
- Communication & Community Relations: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset for family and community interaction.
- Language: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (professional working proficiency required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, School Management, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
