We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager!

We are seeking a professional with solid experience in IT project management to join a strategic program that is currently in an advanced stage of execution.

The idóneo candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, outstanding organizational, communication, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholders at different levels across the organization.

Experience with IT infrastructure-related initiatives will be considered a valuable asset; however, it is not a mandatory requirement. Our primary focus is on identifying a Project Manager with proven experience leading complex projects and the ability to quickly integrate into the program and make an immediate impact.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +5 years as an IT Project Manager or Project Manager leading IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of traditional project management methodologies (Waterfall or hybrid approaches).
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and projects involving multiple business and technical areas.
- Experience managing stakeholders at different organizational levels,



including managers and executive leadership.
- Experience preparing project status reports, maintaining project documentation, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items and project deliverables.
- Ability to coordinate activities, manage risks, monitor commitments, and ensure successful project execution.
- Ability to quickly understand business context and facilitate communication across different functional teams.
- Professional English (required).

Nice to Have:

- Experience or familiarity with IT infrastructure-related initiatives (networking, servers, cloud, data centers, migrations, among others).
- Experience participating in strategic programs or large-scale, complex projects.
- Experience working in corporate environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and execution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across different teams and organizational levels.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
