**Responsibilities**:- Maintain applicant tracking systems (primarily **Google Sheets**)- Support multiple job openings simultaneously via Indeed and other platforms- Take initiative to improve hiring processes and strategies- Collaborate effectively in a fully remote work environment**Requirements**:- Proficient with **Google Workspace** (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail)- High school diploma or equivalent- **Fluent conversational English and Spanish**:- Experience in recruiting or customer support (preferred)- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Must be able to work in the Pacific Standard Time zone.
