**Duties & Responsibilities**:- ** Lead and manage a team of IT engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
**:- ** Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT requirements and provide technical expertise and solutions to support their business objectives.
**:- ** Evaluate emerging technologies and**trends, and** make recommendations for adoption to enhance our IT capabilities and competitiveness.
**:- ** Establish and maintain IT engineering standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
**:- ** Monitor and analyze the performance of IT systems and infrastructure,



identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
**:- ** Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT engineering services and solutions, ensuring service level agreements are met and value for money is achieved.
**:- ** Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, representing the IT engineering team and ensuring successful outcomes.
**:**Minimum qualifications**:- ** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
**:- ** Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
**:- ** Strong technical expertise in areas such as networking, cloud computing, virtualization, cybersecurity, and database management.
**:- ** Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
**:- ** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
**:- ** Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) are a plus.
