production and engineering services policies and practices._- _ Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to._- _ Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews._- _ Coach and mentor Operations team._- _ Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._- _ Experience as Operations Manager and Engineering management experience_- _ Advanced English_- _ Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
