business as it enters its next phase of financial maturity and
strategic planning. About This Role: We are hiring an Inventory
Control Associate to support a fast-growing consumer brand by
owning inventory accuracy and operational data integrity inside
NetSuite. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ensuring
inventory transactions, system records, and 3PL data remain aligned
to protect financial accuracy and operational efficiency as the
business scales. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily inventory
transactions in NetSuite, including receipts, adjustments, and
transfer orders Ensure inbound inventory is accurately received and
matched against purchase orders Reconcile NetSuite inventory
balances with 3PL and warehouse reports every week Investigate
discrepancies, document root causes,
and coordinate resolution with
Operations and Finance Maintain and update item records, including
SKU attributes, costing, and location settings Support the
month-end close by validating inventory balances and COGS impact
Monitor Celigo or other integration logs and flag sync errors
proactively Build and maintain saved searches and simple dashboards
to track inventory health Maintain clean, structured, and
audit-ready inventory data as transaction volume grows Document
workflows and continuously improve reconciliation and inventory
control processes Software/Platforms/Tools: NetSuite Shopify Celigo
3PL systems Google Sheets and Excel Google Docs Project management
and collaboration tools Qualifications: 3–5 years of freelancing
experience. Excellent English communication skills (C1 or C2 level)
3–6+ years of hands-on NetSuite inventory management experience in
a DTC or eCommerce environment Strong understanding of inventory
flow between ERP, Shopify, 3PL, and finance systems Highly
organized with strong attention to detail and a perfectionist
mindset Proactive self-starter who takes ownership without needing
micromanagement Comfortable working in a trust-based,
high-accountability environment Go-getter attitude with a positive,
fun personality and sense of humor Experience in high-growth
consumer brands is a strong plus Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday,
with some overlap with US business hours preferred
