Job Title: Technical Analyst Trainee (Freshers / Entry-Level)
Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Training for 12 weeks then FTE)

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and passionate Technical Analyst Trainees who are looking to build a career in technology within the Banking and Financial Services domain. This opportunity is idóneo for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who have a solid technical foundation, basic programming knowledge, and a strong desire to learn enterprise systems and financial technologies.
Selected candidates will participate in an intensive training program covering Business Analysis fundamentals, banking and payment systems, and technical concepts including C++, Linux, and Oracle Database before transitioning into project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured Technical Analyst training program.
- Learn technical concepts related to banking, payment processing, and financial systems.
- Develop knowledge of Business Analysis fundamentals and functional business processes.
- Gain hands-on exposure to C++, Linux, Oracle Database, and enterprise application concepts.
- Assist in analyzing technical requirements and supporting system design discussions.
- Collaborate with trainers, mentors, and team members throughout the learning program.
- Support troubleshooting, documentation, and technical analysis activities.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering,
Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic programming knowledge and understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with programming concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to attend onsite training in Guadalajara.
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic or practical experience with C++ (strongly preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Exposure to Oracle Database or SQL.
- Internship or academic projects involving software development.
- Interest in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Credit Card systems.
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
