Project Manager - Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and long-term organizational objectives.




- Lead and mentor project teams, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and challenges to senior management, executives, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

- 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
- Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency in advanced project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking,



and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, high-complexity projects in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Mexico at the time of hire; limited sponsorship may be available for this role based on business needs and applicable law.

Preferred

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is required.
- Experience managing enterprise-level, integral, or multi-departmental projects.
- Strong expertise in change management and business transformation initiatives.
