- Education: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in import and export operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Professional Skills: Knowledge of customs clearance processes and basic foreign trade regulations. Experience coordinating with customs authorities and customs brokers.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with IMMEX programs, HS Code classification, ERP systems, and handling regulatory compliance issues is highly desirable.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication and coordination skills, high attention to detail, responsibility, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to compliance.
- Language: Advanced English (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Import & Export Coordination: Coordinate import and export operations, ensuring timely execution and compliance with company requirements.
- Customs Clearance & Documentation:
Follow up on customs clearance processes and manage all import/export documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Communication with Customs & Logistics Partners: Maintain effective communication with customs brokers, customs authorities, logistics providers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Foreign Trade Compliance: Ensure compliance with basic foreign trade regulations and company policies throughout the import and export process.
- Documentation & Audit Management: Manage and maintain import/export records and documentation required for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
- Regulatory Issue Support: Support the resolution of issues arising from regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of new compliance requirements.
- Documentation Accuracy: Verify that all shipping and customs documentation is complete and accurate before submission to the customs broker.
- IMMEX Support: Assist with IMMEX registration and collaborate with the internal team to develop and maintain IMMEX management procedures.
