Support the Controller in the administration, supervision, and control of the company's financial and accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial information, compliance with accounting standards, and the timely generation of reports for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee accounting records and ensure their accuracy.
- Monitor and follow up on account reconciliations.
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial indicators and analyze variances.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.




- Coordinate activities with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Payroll departments.
- Propose improvements to processes and internal controls
- Collaborate on projects involving the automation and optimization of financial reporting.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial control.
- Solid knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Advanced English.
