The Quality SGC Coordinator ensures that quality processes and governance controls are consistently implemented across the site.
This role coordinates audits, maintains the quality management system (QMS), tracks corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drives compliance to internal standards and external regulations, high‑quality, and reliable operations.
- Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS): document control, SOPs/work instructions, change management, records retention, and periodic review cadence.
- Coordinate compliance to applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001; EDANA & PEFC) and customer/regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute internal audits (process/product/system) and readiness for external/customer audits; manage findings through closure.
- Maintain audit tools (checklists, sampling plans), organize evidence, and ensure auditable traceability.
- Facilitate risk assessments (FMEA, PFMEA, hazard analysis) and maintain risk registers.
- Coordinate change control impacts on quality, safety, validation,
and documentation; ensure sign‑offs and training prior to implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Industrial, Chemestry or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years in quality systems within manufacturing or regulated environments.
- Hands‑on experience with ISO 9001 (or relevant quality standards), internal audits, CAPA, and document control.
- Strong problem‑solving (5‑Why), data literacy (Excel/Sheets; basic statistics), and report writing.
