About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for talented professionals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will support customers by handling service-related inquiries, billing questions, and providing exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer service calls.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and account-related questions.
- Deliver high-quality customer support and issue resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent communication standards.

Requirements

- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.




- Availability to work on-site in Guadalajara.

Training Program

Duration: 3 months

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation

Salary: $19,000 to $23,000 MXN monthly (based on experience)
