Parity Homes is hiring a Virtual Project Manager (Construction) to support active development projects remotely.You'll work directly with the Director of Construction to drive documentation, scheduling, vendor coordination, and financial tracking across 30+ rowhome rehabilitation projects in West Baltimore.This is a high-ownership role for someone who runs tight operations, moves fast, and brings real construction project management experience.BuilderTrend proficiency is a strong advantage — if you know it, you'll hit the ground running.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Documentation & SchedulingMaintain and update construction schedules, Gantt charts, and project recordsTrack daily stand-up notes and weekly production meeting outcomesManage punch lists, work orders, closeout documentation, and lien release waiversSupport permit and entitlement processesVendor & Trade Partner CoordinationCoordinate scopes of work and contract execution with trade partnersCollect W-9s and Certificates of Insurance; manage contractor agreementsCommunicate directly with trade partners to ensure task completion and schedule alignmentFinancial & Procurement SupportAssist with material procurement, purchase orders, and vendor sourcingProcess trade partner invoices and reconcile financial recordsGenerate project estimates, budgets, take-offs,
