A day in the life of an Accounts Receivable Clerk with Universal can look like: Adecuado candidates will meet the following requirements: - Have prior A/R or collections experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Customer service or office experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred - Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook - Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently Responsibilities will include: - Investigating customer discrepancies and working with various contacts to resolve the issues - Telephone, email,
