Job Title: Program Manager Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent Lead overall program management activities to ensure achievement of defined business metrics, financial targets, and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. Drive business growth by supporting commercial activities, quotations, and new business opportunities in partnership with Sales. Lead cross-functional program teams and ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, logistics, finance, and customer stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action activities across programs and project management processes. Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and mandatory training requirements. Program Performance Management Control program-related expenditures and investment approvals. Achieve and exceed manufacturing launch performance metrics. Quality & Customer Satisfaction Achieve and exceed defined quality performance metrics. Budget & Resource Management Manage prototype, production tooling, and capital expenditure budgets. Control program investments through Stop-Invest and approval processes.



Support cost management and financial forecasting activities. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related field preferred. ~3 years of experience in Program Management minimum ~ Strong experience in automotive program management, preferably within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier environment. ~ Strong financial acumen with experience managing EBIT, margins, budgets, tooling investments, and capital expenditures. ~ Deep understanding of APQP, launch management, and automotive customer requirements. ~ Experience managing complex customer-facing programs with significant timing, quality, and cost responsibilities. ~ Strong leadership and people-management skills with experience supervising Program Engineers and influencing cross-functional teams. ~ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills. ~ Continuous Improvement mindset with strong problem-solving and corrective action management skills. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other reporting and project management tools. ~ English required;
