We create sustainable and efficient residential, commercial and industrial spaces through HVACR technologies, protect temperature‐sensitive goods throughout the cold chain, and bring comfort to people globally.Role and ResponsibilitiesSupervise the general accounting team with 2–7 direct reports, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering collaboration.Oversee daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Prepare and post journal entries and manage general ledger account reconciliations.Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring all financial activities are accurately captured.Prepare detailed financial data for management review and facilitate necessary adjustments.Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.Review and present financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to integrate financial data and streamline reporting processes.Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the general accounting function.Develop ad‐hoc reports and support special projects such as financial data analysis and process improvements.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in finance, accounting,



Business Administration or a related field.3–6 years of relevant general accounting experience.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in a relevant field or Chartered Accountant designation.Technical Skills and KnowledgeProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with Oracle ERP Suite and its modules.Familiarity with Hyperion Finance Management (HFM).
Solid regional accounting knowledge (e.g., US GAAP and IFRS).
LanguagesFluency in English and proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is required.Portuguese is a plus.Collaboration & Work ArrangementThis role is hybrid eligible with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week.
