Responsibilities
The Technical Principal Architect plays a critical role in bridging technical expertise with business objectives.
Acting as a recognized technical authority and architect, this role influences strategic alignment for vehicle retail loan systems, driving innovation, operational excellence, and business value.
The role requires close collaboration with senior leaders, strong architectural ownership, and active promotion of continuous improvement and modern engineering practices.
In This Role You Will
Identify and lead high-impact technical initiatives aligned with business strategy.
Provide architectural leadership for scalable, secure, and highly available core platforms.
Design and implement cloud-based solutions supporting transformation initiatives.
Define and execute integration strategies with third-party systems and platforms.
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business and technology leaders.
Drive innovation, process improvement, and adoption of modern methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical roadmaps.




Mentor and influence engineers through technical leadership and thought partnership.
Represent the organization externally and contribute to professional communities.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of experience in technology leadership and solution architecture roles.
Experience developing end-to-end enterprise solutions as a solution architect in collaboration with business and technology delivery teams.
Strong background in financial services, consumer lending, and highly transactional systems.
Proven experience designing cloud architectures (AWS and/or Azure).
Extensive experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of key architectural concepts such as modeling, IAM, databases, integration, scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, resiliency and security.
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and mentorship.
