Key Responsibilities
Coordinate molding machine setup and maintenance activities.
Develop and improve molding setup standards and processes.
Lead failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
Manage molding transfer projects between lines or facilities.
Create and maintain molding process documentation.
Plan and execute new production molding trials and validations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams to resolve technical issues.
