You will play a key role in ensuring efficient sourcing processes, managing supplier relationships, and supporting cost optimization while maintaining quality and supply reliability.This position contributes directly to the company's operational performance and productivity.What You'll Be DoingPlanning and managing the company's overall sourcing strategy for motors & drives, plastic injection components, and mechanical partsIdentifying sourcing needs in line with operational and production requirementsDeveloping and implementing sourcing strategies that support cost efficiency and reliable supplyBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and key suppliersNegotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to optimize cost and supplier performanceMonitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement initiativesMarket & Cost AnalysisConducting market research and sourcing analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunitiesAnalyzing sourcing data and recommending improvements to current sourcing strategiesDeveloping and managing annual sourcing budgetsProcess & CompliancePreparing sourcing documentation and maintaining records to ensure transparency and complianceEnsuring sourcing activities follow company policies, regulations,
